Chad has been honored to help over tens of thousands of people through events, books, audio programs, and personal coaching. Chad has remained with his special passion by helping people achieve prosperity in their lives with Health by conquering Disease and Cancer.
At a very young age of (9), Chad saw the movie “The Karate Kid,” and that sparked his interest in pursuing martial arts lessons. He started out studying Tae Kwon Do, a Korean style of the martial arts. Chad then became an avid fan of martial arts movies with of course the legend Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris.
As an early teenager, Chad started to study Kwan Mu Kan, a Shotokan style of the martial arts. During this time Chad’s Family opened a successful Martial Arts School called Eagle Claw Karate Club. Chad was one of the Co-Instructors & Co-Founders along with his Dad, Mom & Sister. Also, Napier was the Co-Founder of an Exercise & Health class within his Dojo. Furthermore, Napier was the Co-Creator of many Martial Arts Seminars and Self-Defense Workshops.
During his mid-teens, Chad started to compete in the Open Tournament Circuit.
Chad was a member of the United States of America Karate Federation (USAKF). Where Chad trained & competed Professionally in Martial Arts. Chad competed in the Regionals, Nationals, and the Pan-Am Games from 1993-1996. Chad was training for the Olympic Team in the years 1996-1998 but chose to retire from competition to focus on graduating college with a BS in Business & Dietetics/Foods & Nutrition.
Directly after graduation, Napier started as a Dietitian and Patient Service Manager within Foods & Nutrition Department. Even as a young manager, Napier started to implement his high-level training in martial arts within Corporate Management, which taught him at a very young age to seek professional mentorship—this Napier applied within his early years in Business Development & Management.
During this timeframe, Chad became more intrigued as a Fitness & Health Advocate specializing in Nutritional Therapy, Athletic Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology & Biomechanics. Napier still continued to teach, coach and mentor within his martial arts studio.
Fast-forwarding several years, in 2003, after Napier worked nearly for 10 years within the medical industry. Napier changed careers in the area of Financial Management to broaden and expand his knowledge in Business, Start-ups and Business Consultation. It was within this industry that he discovered his passion and talents for Business Development & Consultation. Soon, Napier became the top consultant of one of the top ten leading financial firms worldwide with assets over 355 Billion. Furthermore, Napier’s knowledge in nutrition and health had extraordinary purposes, as it was a direct relation to Performance Management.
Napier has spent the last 15 years specializing in all areas of Business Consultation, especially specializing within massively improving the infrastructure of Companies. Over the years, Napier has trained and been mentored by the best in the industry, and continues the mentorship today—Anthony Robbins, Bob Proctor, Sandy Gallagher, John Assaraff, Blair Singer, Robert Kiyosaki, T. Harv Eker, Jack Canfield, John Maxwell, Marcus Buckingham, Cynthia Kersey, Steve Fiebold, Rick Pitino, and John Shin to name a few.
Napier is a firm believer in the ‘Law of Application’—and has stated, “If one is a Business Developer & Consultant but never built a business or a startup company; then how can he or she really consult a business or organization. That is like hiring a Fitness Expert but they are out-of-shape, or taking money advice from a broke person. This may seem unprofessional and a little crude but there is tremendous truth to this statement. When I trained professionally in martial arts, I had to seek mentors who had accomplished what I wanted to achieve. There is no difference in the areas of Business.”
Napier’s areas of expertise are based upon improving the Business Infrastructure: Staff Recruitment & Retention; Employee & Customer Satisfaction; Business, Financial & Risk Management; Organizational & Strategic Planning; Management Coaching; Program Marketing; and Business Planning & Development.
Napier consistently states, “All these areas work in unison together. If there is a weak link, it will negatively affect the other areas. For example, in health, all of our body systems work in unison together, if there is a weak link, this eventually causes infection, disease and cancer—The same in a business. Unfortunately, in a business the weak link eventually causes loss of profits and closures.”
As of today, most of Chad’s core strategies for creating breakthroughs have come from some of the biggest names in the Business and Health World. Chad had the privilege of modeling and distilling the strategies of leaders in some of the fastest growing companies in the world.
Chad is most proud of his humanitarian work. Chad has always believed that if we’re blessed enough to have insight and to have economic opportunities, then we’re also blessed enough to be able to give back.
