Charles E. Buchanan
Born in Baytown, Texas, Charles Earl Buchanan now resides in Canon City, Colorado where he serves as a sergeant in the Department of Corrections at the Fremont Correctional Facility. Charles is a master of the martial arts system of P’an K’uei Do and is also a master of swords and related weaponry; he has spent many years of his life teaching others the techniques of the martial arts.
Charles has also served as a Scout Master for twenty years in Texas and is an Eagle Scout himself. Most of his life has been spent working with children, teaching them ideals that are all-but-forgotten in these modern times.
Charles is a published author with three previous works to his credit, but he says that the story of “Angie” truly came straight from his heart. He was inspired in what could be called “an almost mysterious manner” which threw him into a feverish effort to get it onto paper. He worked non-stop for thirty days until the first draft was done, but it would not let him go. Six months later he began seeking publication. Charles is confident that “Angie” is a message the world needs to hear.

ANGIE “The Most Beautiful Sound of All”
A Messenger has come with words all badly need to hear, but no one really wants to. She must find a way to deliver them before her time runs out and she faces martyrdom. The story of Angie is a tale of love, of loss, of eternal joy and eternal heartbreak. It is a story of courage and triumph in the face of the worst of challenges. It is a story of faith.
