Spinning Kick

Biography

I run the Taekwondo website Spinning Kick and I'm a second dan black belt in Taekwondo and I am also learning karate. I created Spinning Kick so people can easily access help with their training, and my book Spinning Kick's guide to Taekwondo greatly expands on my website with a lot of detail and information, relating to patterns, fitness, self defence, sparring, motivation and technical training.
