Chaz Van Heyden

Biography

Van Heyden has been writing and publishing for the past 13 years. Formerly was married. Many of his first books have 'Chaz' Van Heyden.

Charles loves children, loves pets, especially retrievers and Dalmations. He's a big fan of and plays tennis well. Likes fast cars. Likes wooded environments., and loves winding roads that disappear to seemingly nowhere-and explores them. Took up professional chauffeuring and now is retired from that occupation in preference for writing as a profession.

Loves researching strange topics and coming up with unusual or little known facts about people and events. Can be found to supply the correct 'phrase' or saying for the misquoted one. And he plays a good game of 'Trivia' (not the game so much as the exercise verbally with his passenger / riders. When he is professionally chauffeuring them.

He won’t stop writing for a long time to come, and he won’t be going to the Great Beyond anytime soon.

  • Mary Lamb A Tangled Web on March 16, 2018

What I Came Away With From Book Two of the Mary Lamb Series First, I must say that the scene with the intruding hoards (thousands) of mice clamoring to get inside Mary’s house at night was thrillingly and brilliantly conceived! Then the fact that Ms. Botham has rolled a very savvy contemporary SciFi story within that of her Maze thrilogy (sic) is quite a fact. Ms. Botham’s long and intricate stage setting for book II is itself a mark of the professional author. Her alien character Axi and the planet Simboxis will no doubt be memorable as time marches on. They might even appear in a film or animated work in the near future. This is a great book and series to read for youngsters to infinity, but for sure a children’s book galore. Now on to Book III C.
