Chris Liberty

I was born in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1972. Growing up, I developed a love for world history while entertained by countless movies and series based on it. The reality of what occurred, however, was quite different, and much more interesting than anything Hollywood put out.

I have a great passion for traveling and understanding other cultures and people. The places that tend to lure me the most are not those known for their scenic beauty, but for their history. Whether it be the sites of ancient battlefields, preserved buildings where historic laws were signed, or the graves of those men and women who reshaped and changed our world, count me in as a willing visitor.

They say deep in the dark, unexplored woods of the United States exist monsters that creep in the night; some living, others not, yet still able to creep upon the earth, their tentacles of malice strangling whomever they touch. Are these tales of death and evil just mere ramblings of old men whose vulnerable minds twist into fear after they’ve had one too many drinks?
