I’m a writer and animator working in South East London.
I’ve written books ranging from a picture book introducing very young children to the concept of evolution right up to novels for young adults and factual books.
I’ve also written for radio, TV and the theatre (two Edinburgh Fringe shows, sketches for Radio comedy and a Doctor Who spinoff staring the 6th Doctor), as well as journalistic articles for more magazines and newspapers than I can name (although they include The Times, The Guardian, The FT and young people’s science titles like Flipside and Focus).
My first novel, The Skull was picked up by Bloomsbury and you can find it on Amazon where it seems to be gaining positive reviews.
I’ve opted to make my second title, @TheLogician available for free (you can download it here right now and read it on anything with a screen).
If you want to see what I’m working on now, take a look at the “Writing now” link above, and if you want to contact me, I try to respond to all emails.
As an animator, I’ve created special effects for movies, worked on video games and produced graphics for an entire series on Cbebbies. I’ve resurrected dinosaurs for museum displays and built spaceships for movies.
