Claire Bruno

Born in England to a Spanish mother and English father I’ve lived in South Africa for most of my life. My working career has ranged from pushing trolleys and packing groceries as a teenager, to working at Harrods as well as at a large advertising agency in London and in South Africa. As a dedicated person I tackle all that comes my way to the best of my abilities. Thrown into the scary world of beauty I was a semi finalist in the Miss South Africa competition at nineteen; I have learnt Latin dancing and how to ride a motorbike. Homeschooling my twin daughters for eight years has taught me excellent time management. My biggest passions are: writing, reading, animals of any shape and size, Latin dancing, crosstitching, riding my CRF23O/KTM 390 Duke and going on adventures with my husband on his KTM990 Adventure. My family is my greatest treasure.

Smashwords Interview

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
To be given the opportunity to link with young people; to inspire them to read and remind them that they too have something special to share with the world.
What do your fans mean to you?
Without the fans the characters in books are not allowed to become alive. To be allowed into someone's life and for them to give you their time is a great privilege. For that I am immensely grateful.
