Clara Sililo

My name is Dr Clara Sililo. I qualified for a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kwa Zulu-Natal, and then worked as a laboratory assistant. But that didn’t give me satisfaction because in my heart I wanted to achieve more. In 1988 I managed to receive a degree as a doctor of surgery and a doctor of medicine from the Medical University of South Africa. I went on to work in the biggest hospital in the southern hemisphere, in Soweto called Chris Hani Hospital and in those days it was called Baragwanath Hospital.

After two years I opened a private practice. I worked for a couple of years and realized that some of the patients kept on returning to be treated for the same diseases. That is when I began teaching people to eat healthily so that they could prevent or cure illnesses. It was ironic that I wanted patients to not return soon while I made a living from treating them. Then I was bitten by the bug to write a nutritional book for advising my patients on what to eat. This book is the result of all the notes I wrote and the research I took. It made me happy after seeing my patients improve after following my nutritional diets for fighting diseases. I am certain these nutritional diets will work for you too.
