Clay Foxworth

I'm Clay Foxworth, born in Marion, SC and reared in Florence, SC. I've been back in the Atl since Oct of '07. I've been writing off and on for years, until I finally decided to use my God given talent to write a 4-part crime series. I enjoy writing and just making up action stories. If I had the right equipment, time and actors, I would've directed the crime series. I also enjoy working out 3-4 days a week, practicing yoga 6 days a week and TM (transcendental meditation) twice a day for 20 minutes. Although I enjoy the physical part of yoga (stretching), I don't get into the sutras in the Bhaghavad Gita. And yes fellas, straight men practice yoga too lol.

Yoga increases your flexibility, improves blood circulation, reduces stress and helps you sleep better. It'll take me a week to tell you all the benefits meditation has done for me, but I'll share with you two. Meditation helps you to focus better and it'll break any addiction you have. Meditation broke my 20 year addiction to alcohol. And I didn't go to any AA meetings or follow some 12 step program. I'm a little surprised my liver is still functioning properly.

The man that really inspired me to practice yoga and meditation is Russell Simmons. I love that brotha! His books really changed my life. Read "Success Through Stillness". It'll be cool if Uncle Rush were to buy my ebooks lol! Thanks for reading! Peace and I love ya'll!
