Dr Max Barrett holds a degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin and a Ph.D. in Law from University of Salford. He is a practising Irish solicitor and has worked as the Head of Legal, Head of Compliance and Company Secretary with a number of banks and insurance companies in Ireland, both wholesale and high-street institutions. He is the author of numerous books and articles on Irish law and has a particular interest in financial services law, advertising law, and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing legislation.
