Cory Cason


Cory Cason is the author of two nonfiction books, “At the End of the Dance” and “The Next Dance” which chronicle his marriage to Julie through her life, cancer, death and his journey through grief. His first novel, “Still Born” has met with critical success earning a five-star review from a major online retailer as did “At the End of the Dance”. His second novel, “St. Jude’s Island” is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2017.

He has published a collection of poetry titled “Disturbances: Poetry of an Angry Young Man” and edited the poems of his late wife, Julie Cason, in “…and now you want me to do what?...The lost poems, art, and photos of Julie Cason”.

Cory is native of Colorado. He studied Journalism and Creative Writing at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Besides writing, he enjoys photography and painting. His works have been featured in multiple galleries in the Denver area.
