Dan Cothran
Biography
Dan Cothran has a Ph.D. in government from Cornell University. He has previously written a book on Mexican politics titled Political Stability and Democracy in Mexico: The "Perfect Dictatorship?" (1994), and articles on government budgeting and public administration. He has lived in several beautiful places, including Berkeley, Claremont, Ithaca, Vancouver, Flagstaff, and Sedona.
