C. Roussell lives in Anchorage, Alaska with his wife and various dog children. He and his family spend the summer months hiking and exploring the beautiful and scenic trails that Alaska has to offer. When he's not staring at a computer screen, he tries his hand at guitar and singing, and is an advocate of keeping the 1980's relevant in modern-day society.
When did you first start writing?
In the late 90's. My English professor gave me some very good and useful feedback, and so I suppose I have her to thank for helping "plant the seed."
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
I do. It was a gift for Mother's Day. I believe I was 8 years old. It was about a boy who, literally, lost his voice. He spent days trying to find it and inexplicably recovered it when he bumped into a stranger. I wish all plots were that easy.
