  • Before Whom We Stand: The Everyman's Guide to the Nature of God on Feb. 15, 2014

Before Whom We Stand: The Everyman's Guide to The Nature of God. The title captures my attention; I buy the book. "The introduction” stimulates my interest immediately; I am introduced to two great prophets, Elijah and Elisha, who often used the phrase, "As the LORD God lives, before Whom I stand". The entire work is great reading, informative, thought provoking and challenges us! Lee Ann, using the Bible as the foundational standard and authority, brings a refreshing fire and zeal to a difficult task of revealing God's nature. Contemporary issues or distortions concerning God’s nature are not ignored but examined under the light of the Bible. Even though Before Whom We Stand is not a theological treatise, theological issues are addressed in a direct, scriptural manner with great heart felt concerns from the author. The journey Lee Ann takes us on is worth traveling numerous times.
  • Hotline to Heaven: Hearing the Voice of God on March 06, 2014

Lee Ann addresses several issues a person encounters "hearing the voice of God"; the frustration and dissatifaction of not hearing from God, the doubt of actually hearing God and the differing ways God speaks to us, just to mention a few. Lee Ann thoroughly and concisely with in depth explanations and insights explores how God reveals Himself to us as He speaks. This covers various aspects such as "Hearing through the Word" of God for general and specific directions . The "inner still small voice" is explored and tremendous guidance is given when discerning the inner voice of God. The chapter "Beyond the Inner Voice" covers dreams, visions and other ways and means God speaks to us, yet we may not consider or acknowledge. The book is an easy read, yet the depths of insights are tremendous and not to be taken lightly but thought through and considered. I recommend this book highly for a well written work on "hearing the voice of God" and a valuable source to refer to as we grow in learning to distinguish the voice of God in our life.
  • The Intercessor Manual on April 02, 2014

“The Intercessor Manual” is comprehensive & abounding with spiritually advice for the novice and seasoned intercessor. Before writing this review, I decided to read through the manual several times. This is only fair, since a hasty review would only rely on first impressions. First impressions are important too! My first read through or impression: Excellent! Many questions and concerns an intercessor may encounter are addressed and answered appropriately and in-depth. My other readings of the manual verified and enforced my first impression - a valuable asset for any person entering the work of intercessor or for any person already doing spiritual battle through intercession. This manual is worthy of being referred to again and again for spiritual insights, advice and what to expect as an intercessor. The bonus material in the appendices alone is well worth the price of the book. This manual offers a wealth of spiritual counsel and guidance! Excellent!
