I received my Master's Degree in Nutrition from Hunter College in NYC. I then completed a 1200 hour residency program, at multiple hospitals and sub-acute care centers in NYC. I am a Registered Dietitian (RD) as per the requirements of the Comission on Registration for Diettians (CDR). Having studied a number of different diet theories and the latest evidence-based approaches, my practice is an evidence-based holistic program.
