Based in Essex, I am one of five daughters and began my career as a Girl Friday/slave/’goffer’ in an Advertising Agency. Following that I worked in a variety of industries in the public and private sectors including Legal, Insurance, IT and Education. I am an experienced Coach and have helped all sorts of people from Managing Directors, Entrepreneurs, Professional Musicians, Teachers, Graduates and Teenagers get all their ducks in a row and stop stressing about ‘stuff’. I am also a trained career Mentor and studied Alternative Therapies including Reiki, Indian Head Massage and EFT.
