David Wade is an experienced hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, and counsellor. He is also an experienced Personal Trainer, nutritional advisor and exercise to music instructor. He has been Director of the Phoenix Hypnotherapy Centre in East Anglia, UK, since 2003. During this time he has helped many people to lose weight, quit smoking, recover from depression, get over panic attacks, overcome phobias and many other psychological issues.
His “Think Yourself Slim” programme has been developed from a combination of his practical and successful experience of helping his clients lose weight enjoyably and extensive research into the issues concerning obesity and its causes.
In his spare time he enjoys playing piano and guitar, learning Chinese, keeping fit, cooking and relaxing with family and friends. He also loves to spend time in his Chinese home with his Chinese wife and exploring different parts of China.
