David Matheson


David Matheson was born in 1951 on the Coeur d’Alene Reservation. Later he served asw the tribe’s council chairman and manager of various tribal operations. Matheson earned an MBA from the University of Washington and served as deputy commissioner for Indian affairs in the U.S. Department of Interior. He lives in northern Idaho.
