David Chin

David W. Chin is a Culinary Arts instructor who lives in rural Arizona in a remodeled log cabin that was built in 1910. Although David's name is on the mortgage since cats are much too smart to commit to anything in writing, the house is actually owned by four cats named Bob, Jasper Baby, Scraps, and Princess Tabitha. For his services in maintaining hearth and home he receives the generous stipend of 1 real live fresh dead mouse, bird, or lizard (without the tail) per month along with the occasional hairball or mesquite seedpod.
