Danica Cook

Travel has always been a prominent part of Danica’s life. At two years of age she flew by herself from America to Australia. Born in Melbourne, Danica grew up in the semi-rural area of Eltham until her parents divorced, after which she moved to Perth with her Mother and sister, then to Taiwan with her father and later to England with a boyfriend. Travels through Pakistan and India, and several family tragedies further shaped the person she is today - a keen yogi and meditator. She completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Australia in 1992 and recently completed a Diploma of Education (Primary) at Edith Cowan University. After many years spent on the quest for love she met, and married, Max Pugh. She currently works as a relief teacher throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
