When addressing the public, David is an editor with a few years of digital publishing under his belt. (Hey, there ARE things you can do with a BA in English, after all!) The rest of the time, though, he is still merely pretending to be an adult.
Imelda's Monthly was an underground satirical tabloid created in 1971, just before Martial Law was declared in the Philippines. It ran only two issues, and was closed down by the military in December 1972. But with the looming threat of a return to power for the Marcoses, the Monthly has risen from the ashes, and is now available in a variety of digital formats. May Imelda once again see red!
