Biography
Born in Huddersfield West Yorkshire, Graham has been living in Portugal for more than ten years. Originally living in the Alentejo, within a few kilometres of Gomes Aires and now based in the Algarve.
His working life was varied, both employed and self-employed, his writing career just as varied.
Initially he wrote principally for the stage, pantomimes, musicals and drama, which have been performed locally around Huddersfield.
He also wrote freelance for the Trinity Mirror group from & about his new life in Portugal. Articles can be viewed online.
His first novel, ‘RageGames’, a detective thriller, was published as an e-book (Aventura publishers) as was his second ‘Campo Bom’ a story for younger readers about life in Portugal through the eyes of his Portuguese Pooch, Bom.
His latest ‘Plenty of Fish in Portugal’ comes as a result of him meeting his new partner, Karen, who has now joined him in Portugal.
Now retired, he has one son and two grandchildren who live in Halifax.
