Spanish roots on my fathers' side. Being from the south of Alabama few people are purely from European decent. But a lot of us come from French and Spanish Nobility and some African Slaves. Some claim to come from French Royalty immigrating after the Louisiana Purchase and African Slaves.Spanish Creole, French Creole, African American,Indian, Cajun, Redneck, White, Black and everyone else.
