Dinesh Verma studied English Literature in the University of Delhi before joining the Indian Revenue Service. He is an alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi and also of Institut International d'Administration Publique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paris. He has also attended courses at Syracuse University, New York and at Harvard Business School. Presently he is based at Delhi.
What are you working on next?
On a novel based on the the experiences of a young Indian during his year long stay in Paris in mid 1980s.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
It is the idea of making best of the day ahead in spite of so many constraints that one is faced with.
