I had purchased a Nook Simple just so I could download Harvest The Dirt. That was from Barnes & Noble. When I learned that Adolphus had completed his trilogy and submitted to Smashwords, I immediately downloaded the 2nd & 3rd books. After reading Milk The Iron Cow, I couldn't wait to read the next book. I absolutely loved the entire trilogy. Calvin, the main African American character, lived in a time when being black meant unrest everyone. His strength, his compassion for life's experiences, and his love, comes through in each and every word. Dottie Sabo

Ok, so today I promised myself that I would not do a thing until I finished the 3rd book of Adolphus Ward's trilogy. I did complete the task and as I sat contemplating the story, I found I hungered for more. I cannot believe that Calvin Tallman just was absorbed into the air. I do hope my friend does continue to tell me the successes that Calvin has experienced. At the end of Stand Upside Down, my heart cried for how much he has seen and lived through so far. Please everyone!! Download the trilogy. You will not be sorry you did. Dottie Sabo

I just finished reading this book. I thoroughly enjoyed the story. Had suspense, humor, and dogged determination. I would recommend this book. This is a new author and he deserves praise for his work. John Buchak has more mystery novels that are awaiting e-publishing. Why is he waiting!!
