For a somewhat 'technical' book, this was a very easy, albeit 'scary', read. 'Easy' in terms of the easy-to-understand language with which it was written...but 'scary', from the realisation of just how much we really do not understand about how certain foods affect our health and wellbeing. Even for a "gluten-skeptic", this was a compelling read. Am certainly now motivated more-than-ever to learn more and take proactive action towards changing my eating habits for the better for the long-term.
