Judy Hubbell


Judy Webb Hubbell is a native of the Green Hill community of Drew County, Arkansas, and was educated in the Monticello Public Schools. She received a BA degree in English from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and an MA degree and Ed. D. degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is a retired educator, and now devotes her time to writing. She is married to the Honorable Billy J. Hubbell, an attorney and an Arkansas District Court Judge. They have two grown children, Jennifer Hubbell Plunkett, a registered nurse, and William Griffin Hubbell who is serving in the Unites States Army stationed in Germany.
