Biography
Dr. O'Connor is a retired college professor from California, who has lived in Norway for over 20 years. He has traveled extensively and has lived and taught in several countries. His doctorate was in philosophy of education and dealt with ethics and politics. His broad academic background has allowed him to teach: philosophy, health education, psychology and other subjects. He is also a licensed mental health therapist in California. This broad background has given him both the academic assets and the practical experience to evaluate modern political practices and governments.
