Dr Markham's Antipodean Voyage

Too sensitive to be published in its day this Journal has taken five generations and some 170 years to surface for publication in its full glory.
On the 28th of June 1841 Dr Thomas John Markham left Liverpool England on board the 467 ton Ship, Livingston. Dr Markham had left his home and family in Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland to be the Ship’s Surgeon Superintendent on the voyage.
