What are you working on next?

That is a loaded question! I always have several projects going at one time. The next book I'm working on is a bread book. Bread. Bread. BREAD! will be a collection of my favorite bread, roll, and other wheat goodies. Outside of the book world, I'm working on being self-sufficient, prepping for the next big disaster, and planning a garden. Those efforts might get their own books as well, but for now I will stick to cookbooks.

When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?

I love gardening, quilting, sewing, crocheting, being self sufficient, baking, cooking, and reading. I love my family and am a proud wife and mother. I love the outdoors and spending time with nature. I have a great love for the scriptures, and learning about religion.
