Waste of time reading this, basically keep away from junk food, eat only veg, fruits, nuts, etc, exercise naturally. The author just skims the surface and makes out that he's making this important revelation. It is so superficial a kid could have written it after visiting a few sites on wholesome nutrition. No real facts are presented, just "sugar is bad for you". Perhaps if he said exactly why it is bad for you it would convince some folks to stop consuming it. Saying "it makes you fat" is just half the story. Poor effort.
