Edward Starr

Biography

Born in 1923, Edward Starr grew up as a farmboy in eastern Washington during the Great Depression. Just after Pearl Harbor, he ran off to join the Marines, ultimately landing in the United States's first special forces unit. His usually accidental sexual adventures in and out of the service became the stuff of legend among his battalion. In his series of ebooks, edited by his son, Starr finally sets down his official version, complete with the wit and wry wisdom that only a man at the end of a long, fruitful life can offer.
