A great read by a seasoned diabetic. Much of what I read was dead on with what growing up with diabetes may be like. You get the authors background, how diabetes has affected his life, useful tips and ideas he has come up with through his journey to help him through school and growing up, advice for parents, and overall is a great starter for anyone that is newly diagnosed or has a newly diagnosed child with diabetes. It will help guide you and give you a better idea and understanding to some of the things you'll be up against when dealing with diabetes. Great job!
