Elisa DeCarlo

I am a former vintage clothing seller, and a current writer/performer. Two comic fantasy novels, "Strong Spirits" and "The Devil You Say" were published in 1993/4 and are available on Amazon.com. My history includes performing solo shows across the country, and doing comedy on radio, television and theater. I am an avid student of fashion history. For this novel I did research about fashion, theater, womens health, and day to day living in 1916. In 2014 The Exit Press will publish an as-yet untitled collection of my playwrighting. I have been profiled in The New York Times and written about in Glamour, Bust, and many web-sites.
