Emmitt Hugh is a lifelong fan of Tolkien, Heinlein, and Herbert. He has been reading these authors since he was fourteen years old, which is more years ago than he really cares to consider. He currently spends his days educating America's youth, teaching them how to read and write. He spends his nights clacking away at his keyboard creating and polishing future titles for his readers. He lives in South Carolina with his wife and two cats. He has one college age daughter who lives at home on the odd weekends or longer breaks.
