I love this 1st book of the author. I love it not because the author is my best friend, but because the story itself is so compelling with beautiful created twist in every chapter. It's a variety about family, secrets, respect over anger, repentance and forgiveness, friendship and love so you won't get boring. I read it one-time from start to end, no hands down. Along the way you will realized the lesson learned especially when it comes to family drama. How love can wait. All the characters were written beautifully in a way that everyone has a major part in the story. Keeping the Filipino culture in this day and age in a modern story is quite delightful to read. I just wish Ms. Calip will release an English book for more readers. I would definitely recommend this book to everyone, especially Filipinos.
