The way of writing the book was excellent. I loved the way the story proceed on with the dreams of Sara & Kara. They are twins with their different characteristics. The flow of this book was great and it's really a different concept, no doubt. Nicely written and so organized. Must read !!

Wow the recipes was an added benefit. This is a super food and unlike other super foods like berries and what not this has been tested for hundreds of years. Asian countries drink quite a bit of green tea powder which the book goes over. Matcha is very healthy and interesting because of all its health improving qualities. I can not see how adding matcha could affect you negatively in any way, it has been cited in many heart health weight loss and blood sugar trials, just read the book for all information on more trials.
