Hi, world! I'm Raymond. I am well experienced in the field of nutrition and would always love to extend my passions to others in different parts of the world, most especially when you show interest in learning the mastery of general cooking and properly handling gadgets in the kitchen.

My low-carb lifestyle proofs it all. For close to ten years, I have taught in different dimensions, the art of good cooking, followed
by several requests, most especially from my students to develop manuscripts on cookbooks, which gave birth to my write-ups since the year 2016.

I take pleasure in cooking, and you would find me doing such in my kitchen, and taking photos of my recipes.

In addition, I love taking healthy meals, since diet takes about 80% proportion of healthy or unhealthy lifestyle, while rest and exercise take 10% proportion each. I do 25-30 minutes early morning exercise to burn calories and unwanted wastes in the streets of Tennessee.

I love playing golf, watching football, e-commerce entrepreneurship, creating content, meeting people, traveling far and wide, and sharing experiences.
