Robyn Carson
Biography
Robyn Carson was born in Saint Louis, Missouri (1984), the oldest of three children. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2007. She worked briefly as an engineering intern at Sigma-Aldrich, Medical Technologies Company (MTC), and Universal Air Filter (UAF) before taking a permanent job as an engineer at the natural gas company in Saint Louis (Laclede Gas). In 2013, she published her first novel, Fear, Love, Anger as an e-book.
As a young teenager, she was diagnosed with diabetes and was faced with coming to terms with a lifetime chronic illness. She volunteers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) inspiring and helping families and teenagers in struggling with similar challenges.
She hopes her book Fear, Love, Anger cultivates understanding, inspiration, and encouragement to others to discover their inner strength. Life is full of trials and tribulations, judgments, and misunderstandings. How we react matters the most. One stranger can make a world of difference; doubt is poison. Look at social media and then witness its monumental effects on changing people’s lives.
