Ann Arbor writer, scholar, world traveler. My wife, Barbara Perkins, and I have sold over a million copies of our books, which include THE AMERICAN TRADITION IN LITERATURE and THE READER'S ENCYCLOPEDIA OF AMERICAN LITERATURE.
