Born in San Antonio, Texas, by age two I was in Okinawa and followed as an Air Force brat my father all over the Pacific Rim and the United States from Seattle to Albany, Georgia, stopping in El Paso to attend high school and the University of Texas at El Paso, and later across the pond with an employer to Belgium. Whew, not only was that a long sentence but it filled my passport with a number of exotic stamps. Once I got involved with mission projects through my church, I required another passport to include stamps from countries and trips down through Mexico, Central and South America.

In 1992, while working in Mexico City, I had my first heart attack, followed by my first open heart surgery. After a succession of angioplasties and stents, I quit hiking the mountains in Guatemala and began consulting, counseling, speaking, sailing and finally at age 65, I started writing Christian fiction and devotionals. BURIED is my debut novel, THE SECRET, its sequel is scheduled to be published in early 2013. A series of adventures with a long haul truck driver, GOD ON BOARD, is planned for 2014.

Four great kids, six super grand kids and a wonderful wife keep me from spending all my time writing.
