Smashwords book reviews by Andrew Bushard

  • Paula's Penance on Feb. 28, 2015

A fine book! Great writing. Great maledom and cuntbusting.
  • British Ballbusting Sessions (Women in Control) on March 01, 2015

There is a time for everything under the sun: there is a time for maledom and there is a time for femdom, and when there is time for femdom, check out this book. I enjoyed the great story. The author skillfully combined orgasm denial and the ballbusting fetishes.
  • The Submissive Reformation on March 14, 2015

A fine piece at a great price. I particularly appreciate how the author defied the typical erotica formula of a perfectly toned alpha male lead; instead she created a more everyday type of male lead that nonetheless exemplified male dom. Creative story.
  • Help! I Need More Leads For My Business on March 22, 2015

I like how the author challenges conventional marketing wisdom and provides numerous specific tips to improve sales. I learned some new ideas. It is generous of him to offer this work at such a low price ($0.99).

  • Free book, best jokes ever. on May 24, 2015

I am thankful this author made the book free, so I wonder if I am entitled to make negative comments about a free book? I don't get it. Is this book a poor translation of foreign language jokes or what? The prose sounds odd and the jokes don't seem to make any sense. Hmm.
  • Is It Ever Okay To Steal? on May 24, 2015

I like how the author poses a lot of questions about stealing for young people to ponder. It seems like the author makes a simplistic conclusion. I would have preferred a more nuanced treatment of the subject. The author could have for example considered different definitions of theft based on political belief systems. I do think sometimes in rare circumstances we may consider it okay to steal.

  • Three-Bin Organizing System on May 25, 2015

Decluttering works wonders so I highly recommend this book. I began the decluttering process 8 years ago and it transformed my life. I have read longer books on decluttering, and now I wonder maybe we should prefer a shorter book like this one since after all decluttering teaches focus, simplicity, and elegance. The author's straight to the point style serves this topic well. We have other ways to declutter, but this method works!

I wish the author would have promoted self sufficiency instead of dependence on government.

I'm focusing on submitting my books to book review blogs, so I bought this. I learned just about nothing new. Everything in here, I either read somewhere else or perhaps figured out myself. Still the info is solid, so it may benefit some people. The author and book bloggers stress the point that writers better not badge book bloggers. I try to act politely when submitting my book review requests, which seems like common sense, so since many authors apparently don't do this, maybe many could use this book's info.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I have a lot to praise about this book. The author gave good background information of the heroine's life. I liked the heroine's sexually liberated nature. The length seemed decent as it permitted a fully developed story while at the same time it did not bog the reader down. I liked how the author skillfully combined story and sex. I enjoyed the action and found the sex scenes arousing. Additionally, the dark parts add layers to the work. Overall, I applaud this erotica.
  • A Cowboy's Pleasure on March 04, 2016

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. This work marries modern day free love to a historical setting: an innovative combination; wonderfully explicit; This likely will delight menage lovers; I don't consider menage my absolute favorite erotica subgenre, but I still approve of this book. I was thinking of giving this four stars, but I will be giving it 5 stars: the story pushed me over the edge so to speak.
  • Advertising on Steroids: 18 Sure Fire Guerilla Marketing Tactics on Sep. 25, 2017

The author is insulting the reader by mentioning some of "these tips". Sorry if I spoil it for you, but some tips resemble this: "Use social media to advertise". Nothing seems more obvious than that. These "tips" inspire me to want to give this book a one star rating Despite a book of mostly basic "tips", the author earns a star or two, because he did introduce me to a couple of websites I never heard of before and introducing new things to me is a quick way to get on my good side.
