The Year of the Blue Snow follows a group of child survivors in the wake of a plague that takes all adults. Thrown together casually by the whims of fate, as events conspire against them they must create a new world while discovering that their actions and the direction of their lives may be predicated by a larger force, illustrating the paradox of duality: from all events flow both good and evil.
