Gavin Green

The name Gavin Green is a pseudonym. I'm not on a hit list or wanted by the law: it just sounds nicer than my real name. I'm just a normal guy with a regular job. I come home to an average house in the Midwest of the U.S., and have one of the best dogs in the world. I hurt one of my hands a little while back, so I put away my art supplies and started typing. Big fingers and a sensitive keyboard don't play together well, but I've gotten quick with backspace and delete. The rest of the time it's hunt 'n peck, hunt 'n peck. As for what I write, I usually just get a simple concept in my head, and then spend over half my spare time doing research for details. I imagine I'm not the only one who does that; otherwise, I'm a lot dumber than I thought.

Smashwords Interview

Describe your desk
An occasionally cluttered mess is a fair description. I try to be tidy and organized but when I'm focused on my writing and rifling through loose sheets of paper looking for jotted ideas, that 'tidy' concept goes out the window.
When did you first start writing?
Other than writing creative notes and forging my mother's name on it to get out of class when I was a kid, I didn't really jump into writing until I started my first book, Eire of Intrigue. If you're not fond of my work, then that's my excuse.

Impressive read, presented with clarity and detail. I would only wish there were more to it. Hints of the life beyond the MC's scenario are intriguing.

Um, it really needs another proof read for grammar and punctuation, as well as removing random bold sentences. Some description and detail would be a nice touch.
