I am a native Southern Californian food blogger and trained pastry chef, who loves to write recipes and entertain. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked with restaurants, cafes and caterers on product and menu creation, food marketing and promotion, as well as store openings. I have been blogging for several years and have written articles for the San Francisco Chronicle, Food Section and “Grand Tour” magazine in Southern, California. Also, I have taught adult and children’s cooking classes for Whole Foods Market in the Bay Area.
I graduated from California State University Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Before cooking, I worked in corporate America for a pharmaceutical company and a top accounting firm. I enjoy cooking, blogging, and entertaining for friends and family and I love to travel and explore culture and cuisines.
