Sure Signs That You Are A Nerd
by Jim Carpenter
In whimsical celebration of Nerds -- people who become your boss when you busted your chops for years to earn an MBA, people who decided, when they were kids, that they wanted to be astronauts; and rode the space shuttle twenty years later. We sneer and make fun of them, but they are often the most intelligent among us. Jim Carpenter raises his glass (and pen) in honor and celebration of Nerds.
by Denise Norberg-Johnson
If each of us is the hero of his or her own story, we need to share these stories to help each other face the challenges, disappointments, and fears that allow our best qualities to emerge. Failure is absolutely necessary to understand success. Rejection builds the stage where we later stand to bask in the light of love and appreciation from those who really matter.

It is passing strange that very few times has someone approached the subject from the child's perspective. Danna G. Hallmark has developed such a book.
