Mitch grew up in northern Iowa. He attended The University of Iowa, graduating with a BBA, then earned an MBA at The University of Minnesota.

Professionally, Mitch spent 17 years in bank management before becoming a bit more entrepreneurial. He purchased a retail business in Canada, then in 2002 moved to Dallas.

Mitch now works for Snyder Specialty Services as Sales/Supply Chain Manager.

Personally, Mitch has two children and a step child who he is very proud of. Megan is in grad school in Electrical Engineering, Aaron is studying Biomedical Engineering and his step-daughter Arielle is studying cosmetology.
