When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I am a Holistic and Yoga Therapist and I spend my day helping people overcome their physical, emotional and psychological ailments and I write primarily to help people I am unable to work with personally. Like every other mum, when I am not at work I am with my children. But just as I teach others not to neglect themselves at the expense of any and everything else by creating "me time", I too ensure I create "me" time. My "me time" consists of a short spell of yoga, some time in the gym, a game of tennis or a swim and a walk or run. Whatever happens I make sure I take out 45 mins in a day to meditate and recharge and I am always reading and studying to ensure I am aware of any and everything I can possibly be aware off to be the best Holistic and Yoga Therapist. I also attempt to to spend some quality time with my friends and extended family a few times every week as they are the ones who give meaning to my life.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Most of the books I read relate to spirituality, yoga, energy and healing, and are almost always recommended by my patients, friends or family who know I am constantly looking to improve my skills and knowledge as a therapist.
I love to read and I download all the blockbusters and other books that I read reviews about or friends recommend.
