Nazeem Dollie

Biography

Nazeem Dollie is an internationally accredited Fitness Professional. He received a Merit Scholarship from the Sports Science Institute of South Africa and completed his Fitness Education at the Exercise Teachers' Academy in 2003, where he qualified as both Personal Fitness Trainer and Aerobics Instructor. He subsequently underwent further fitness training and education with Steiner Training UK and worked in the United States of America onboard a luxury cruise liner, sailing the US Virgin Islands, Caribbean & the Bahamas, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida.

In 2009, he returned from Dubai, where he worked with Fitness First UAE as a Personal Trainer, having gained experience in training expats from all around the globe. During his employment with Fitness First UAE, Nazeem and all Personal Trainers employed by Fitness First were required to undergo an examination by Polar UAE (the heart rate monitor company) in order to test their knowledge in all fitness aspects relating to heart rate. From amongst all Fitness First Branches across the United Arab Emirates, Nazeem scored the highest honour of recognition for the examination when the award was read out at the Fitness First Burjuman Centre Branch in Dubai.

Whilst Nazeem's fitness education, credentials and experience gained might sound formidable, it was really the strong influence of his late father, Ebrahim Dollie, who won the Mr South African Bodybuilding Title in 1961, that gave him the drive and influence to live a life committed to health and fitness. Having also gained experience in sales and marketing in the corporate world, as well as in executive administration, Nazeem is intimately familiar with the fast paced life of the corporate world, and how many people allow the rat race to stop them from attaining their fitness goals.

This book is all about breaking this myth amongst many others, and how a total shift in mindset and paradigm can help you live a life that committed to health and total wellness.
