Rodolphe HOUGANGOYE NGOUAMBILA is a young Gabonese born on December, 30th 1991 in Okondja, Haut-Ogooué, Gabon.
After his highschool certificate, Rodolphe has undertaken anglophone studies at Omar Bongo University in Libreville, Gabon.
In October 2014, he has created a small business called HNR consulting which is based on the teaching of the English language and others services like documents translation, touristic guide, tutorship, and the like.
Rodolphe is also a web activist who fights for the right of fair education to all citizens in Gabon. He is devoted in community actions with his company.
